Axle beam regeneration includes:
- replacing the damaged parts with new ones (pivots, bearings, sealers, cross member sleeves)
- replacement of other damaged parts
We use the highest quality SNR, TIMKEN parts for rear axle beam regeneration. The parts are purchased in German warehouses, so their quality is much higher than of those offered on the Internet auctions. Each rear axle beam is visually inspected before the process, in order to exclude beams not suitable for regeneration. In case of extensively corroded parts, cross member wall thickness is checked, and then sanded. Pivots (the element on which the bearing is rotating) are replaced with brand new ones, which guarantees correct and long operation of the rear suspension. Bearings and sealers are fitted into the equalizers, which have undergone bearing placement socket regenerations. The fixtures holding the bearing or the wheel hub are inspected for deviations resulting from i.e traffic collisions. The rear axis beam is assembled, its height regulated, depending on type of a given car. If needed, twist beam axle cushions are replaced – steel-rubber fixtures between the car and the beam.
